The head of the Fergana Regional Department of Internal Affairs held another personal reception to listen to citizens' appeals, address their concerns, protect their lawful rights and interests, and strengthen open dialogue between the public and internal affairs bodies.
The reception was led by the Head of the Department, Major General Azizbek Ikramov. During the meeting, 72 citizens submitted appeals regarding various issues. Of these, 21 appeals were resolved positively on the spot.
Legal explanations were provided for a number of appeals, while 51 applications requiring comprehensive review were taken under control. Specific tasks were assigned to responsible officials to ensure thorough examination and timely resolution of these issues, with ongoing monitoring of their implementation.
