A reception for individuals and representatives of legal entities was held at the public reception office of the Kashkadarya Regional Department of Internal Affairs in order to promote open communication with the public, protect citizens' legal rights and interests, and address appeals regarding internal affairs activities.
During the reception, appeals concerning investigative and preventive services, as well as issues related to employment within the internal affairs system, were carefully reviewed. A number of applicants were provided with detailed legal explanations.
Appeals requiring additional time and an in-depth investigation were taken under special control and forwarded to the responsible officials for further action. For issues that could not be resolved immediately, specific tasks were assigned to relevant sector leaders. The implementation of these measures is closely monitored.
A continued effort is being made to engage citizens and address their concerns in a timely and lawful manner.
