A mobile reception was held in Gulistan to address citizens' appeals

The Head of the Sirdarya regional Department of Internal Affairs, Colonel Farrukh Khaydarov, hosted a mobile reception for citizens' appeals in the Tarakiyot mahalla of Gulistan city.
During the reception, residents raised a wide range of issues, including matters related to pre-investigation reviews, social concerns, and challenges faced by specific categories of residents. In response to each appeal, appropriate instructions were issued to the responsible officials. A number of issues were resolved on the spot, while those requiring additional study were taken under special control to ensure their thorough and timely consideration.
Such mobile receptions play a significant role in fostering an open and constructive dialogue with the population. They ensure lawful and practical solutions to citizens’ concerns, and further strengthen public trust in the activities of internal affairs bodies.
