The Head of the Kashkadarya regional Department of Internal Affairs, Colonel Abduvokhid Ismailov, held another personal reception for citizens at the department’s reception office for individuals and legal entities.

A reception was held for the purpose of establishing direct communication with citizens and representatives of legal entities, protecting their lawful rights, and identifying effective solutions to issues related to the activities of internal affairs bodies. At the meeting, appeals concerning investigative and preventive activities, as well as employment matters within the internal affairs system, were discussed.

Legal clarifications were provided on a number of issues raised by applicants. The appeals that required additional time for detailed review were taken under special control, and responsible officials were instructed to ensure that they were thoroughly considered and resolved efficiently.

In most cases, issues raised during the dialogue were resolved on the spot. The sectoral officials were assigned specific tasks requiring further investigation, and their implementation was strictly monitored.

The Department will continue to work towards maintaining an open dialog with the public and responding to citizens' concerns in a timely and lawful manner.
