The head of the Andijan Regional Department of Internal Affairs held a mobile reception in Altinkol district in order to facilitate the timely response to social and legal appeals from the population.
On January 17, Colonel Sanjar Djabarov, Head of the Andijan Regional Department of Internal Affairs, conducted an on-site reception in Jalakuduk district to directly engage with residents, study their concerns, and provide practical solutions to issues raised. Alongside internal affairs officers, representatives of relevant government agencies also took part in the meeting to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach.
During the reception, citizens submitted appeals related to referrals for medical treatment and rehabilitation, employment assistance, access to loans for entrepreneurial activities, parole matters for individuals under probation supervision, the issuance of national identity documents, and a range of other social issues. Particular attention was given to the concerns of young people registered with internal affairs bodies.
Each appeal was carefully reviewed, and specific measures were identified to resolve them. A number of issues were addressed positively on the spot. Other cases were placed under the supervision of responsible specialists, who provided targeted assistance.
The leadership of the Andijan Regional Department of Internal Affairs continues to organize such mobile receptions regularly, placing priority on resolving citizens’ problems directly at the local level. These outreach meetings will consistently be continued across cities and districts of the region.
