The head of the Sirdarya Regional Department of Internal Affairs, Colonel Farrukh Khaidarov, hosted a mobile reception to address citizens' appeals in the Abdurahman Jami mahalla of Yangiyer city.

During the reception, residents raised a wide range of issues, including matters related to pre-investigation procedures, social concerns, and problems affecting specific categories of citizens. Each appeal was carefully reviewed, and the responsible officers were given relevant instructions. Issues that could be resolved immediately were addressed on the spot, while appeals requiring additional investigation were taken under control for further consideration.

The mobile reception served as a platform for open and direct communication with the public, helping to identify lawful solutions to pressing issues and strengthening public confidence in the work of the internal affairs bodies.
