As part of a working visit to Khorezm region, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Major General Bakhodir Mirzarahimov, reviewed the activities of the Department of Security at Transport and Tourism Facilities, as well as the Department of Safe Tourism under the Khorezm Regional Department of Internal Affairs.

During the visit, specific instructions were issued to enhance passenger safety and ensure the secure movement of passengers and freight trains at railway facilities. Measures aimed at preventing offenses and crimes involving station staff and passengers, as well as maintaining public order, were also discussed.

In addition, the Deputy Minister met with officers of the Department of Safe Tourism. He provided guidance on ensuring the safety of visiting tourists, preventing potential crimes and violations, and strengthening public legal awareness in public spaces and tourist attractions.

The visit also included a review of the material and technical resources of security units, the organization of service activities, the level of professional training of personnel, and compliance with service discipline. Security measures implemented at protected facilities were evaluated for their effectiveness.

The results of the review led to appropriate instructions and recommendations to further improve operational performance, expand the effective use of modern technical means, and enhance the professionalism and sense of responsibility of personnel.
