Another personal reception was held at the Bukhara Regional Department of Internal Affairs to thoroughly review appeals submitted by individuals and legal entities and to identify practical solutions to the issues raised.

During the reception, a direct and open dialogue took place with citizens, representatives of legal entities, and their legal representatives. Appeals related to the activities of internal affairs bodies, judicial and legal matters, and other pressing issues were examined in detail.

Priority was given to resolving issues on the spot and ensuring the protection of the legal rights and interests of citizens. Appeals requiring additional investigation were processed in accordance with established procedures, and targeted action plans were developed. The heads of the relevant sector services responsible for implementing the resolutions were given clear deadlines in order to ensure a timely and efficient resolution.
