Crime prevention efforts in Fergana region were reviewed

The Head of the Crime Prevention Service of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Colonel Sharof Uralov, paid a working visit to Fergana region to review the implementation of crime prevention measures.
During the visit, a comprehensive analysis was conducted of the crime prevention activities implemented in 2025 by the internal affairs bodies of Fergana city. This included the Oltiarik, Toshlok, Rishton, Buvayda, and Uchkuprik districts. Particular attention was paid to the execution of Resolution No. 1, the progress of digitalization processes, social prevention issues, and executive discipline compliance. In addition, the readiness and safety conditions of facilities hosting New Year events were assessed.
As part of the visit, Colonel Sharof Uralov also visited the homes of prevention inspectors in several districts. He met with employees and their family members. On the New Year, holiday gifts were presented, reflecting attention and support for personnel.
As a result of the review, relevant recommendations have been developed, as well as priority tasks to be implemented in 2026 were identified.
