I sincerely extend my heartfelt congratulations on the New Year to all employees and servicemen of the internal affairs bodies, professors and educators of departmental educational institutions, students and cadets, our respected veterans who have contributed so much to the system and to the families of employees who have heroically sacrificed their lives for the peace and security of our country. Also, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to all of our fellow citizens on the occasion of the New Year.
The outgoing year will be remembered for the significant reforms implemented in our country, the dedicated and effective efforts aimed at ensuring peace and stability, and the consistent work carried out to improve the well-being of our people. The New Year opens the door to new aspirations and ambitious goals. It was recently reinforced by the recent addresses delivered by our esteemed President, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, to the Oliy Majlis and the people of Uzbekistan.
The declaration of 2026 as the “Year of Mahalla Development and Society Improvement” at the initiative of the Head of State holds special significance for all of us. It is intended to enhance the role of the mahalla institution, reinforce the rule of law in society, and ensure a peaceful and orderly environment for our citizens. Employees of internal affairs bodies are placed under a high level of responsibility as they have always stood side by side with the people, just like representatives of all other sectors.
As a result of these objectives and tasks, the personnel of the internal affairs bodies will devote themselves to serving the people with dedication, ensuring public safety, protecting peace and stability, and protecting the tranquility of the citizens in 2026.
May the New Year bring everyone peace, security, good health, and prosperity. I wish you success in all your noble intentions and aspirations.
