The leadership of the DIA of Namangan region hosted a reception for citizens in the department's administrative building.
During the reception, 24 appeals submitted by citizens on various issues were reviewed. All appeals were accepted in accordance with established procedures, and applicants were provided with detailed legal explanations and guidance.
Appeals that require additional investigation were taken under special control. Relevant instructions were issued to the heads of sectoral services, and the implementation of assigned tasks will be closely monitored.
