As part of an ongoing commitment to transparency and public service, the Navoi Regional Internal Affairs Department recently held a mobile reception in Navoi city to address the immediate needs of the population.

The head of the Department personally led the proceedings, facilitating a direct dialogue with local residents. The reception covered a broad spectrum of topics, ranging from law enforcement and public security to administrative inquiries and social welfare concerns.

During the session, the head of the department ensured each appeal was carefully considered. Specific directives were issued to the responsible staff to facilitate the resolution of the issue. While several matters were successfully resolved on-site, a rigorous monitoring system has been established for appeals requiring further study, ensuring accountability and adherence to set deadlines.

The Navoi Regional Internal Affairs Department plans to maintain this systematic approach to public engagement. Further mobile receptions are scheduled to ensure the continuous and effective resolution of citizens' concerns.
