The Surkhandarya Regional Internal Affairs Department recently hosted a meeting to welcome 59 young professionals who have successfully completed their Initial Professional Training at the Ministry’s Advanced Training Institute. The department invited the parents of these new recruits to join in the celebration of their career milestones as a gesture of transparency and community.
In the graduating class, 21 individuals will assume officer roles, while 38 will become non-commissioned officers. The event was led by Deputy Head of the Regional Department, Lieutenant Colonel Zavkiddin Khujanov, and Regional Head of Internal Security, Lieutenant Colonel Sodikjon Safarov.
The department highlighted its robust mentoring program to ensure these new recruits receive the support they require. As part of the program, each graduate will be paired with a mentor with at least five years of experience in order to guide their professional development and assist them in adapting to the demands of the service.
The meeting also served as an informative session for families. It covered essential details regarding service conditions, competitive salaries, performance bonuses, and comprehensive social benefits available to both employees and their households. This open dialogue reinforced the department’s commitment to fostering a culture of responsibility, integrity, and professional pride among its new members.
