The Bukhara Regional Department of Internal Affairs recently hosted a critical review meeting led by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs. A clear mission was outlined at the meeting to transform internal affairs bodies into professional, "people-oriented" services that earn the trust of the public.

A major focus of the discussion was the well-being and integrity of our officers. In his remarks, the Deputy Minister emphasized the importance of understanding the person behind the uniform in order to provide effective leadership. Leaders were instructed to assign duties based on the social-family situation and mental health of each member of their team.

By fostering a supportive environment and maintaining strict discipline, the department aims to eliminate corruption and ensure every officer is physically, mentally, and professionally prepared to serve the community effectively.
