On December 21, the leadership of the Khorezm Regional Internal Affairs Department held another personal reception at their administrative headquarters. The goal of this initiative is to address citizens' concerns, provide legal and practical solutions to pressing issues, and foster open communication between the population and government.

As part of the reception, residents made a number of appeals regarding the activities of the internal affairs bodies, as well as legal, social, administrative, and everyday issues. It was discussed a variety of issues, such as maintaining public order, reviewing criminal cases, and developing civil-legal relations.

Leadership listened carefully to each appeal, offering legal insight in appropriate cases. Issues that required further investigation were assigned to the appropriate departments, with close monitoring to ensure effective resolution.

Moreover, it is important to highlight that internal affairs bodies place an emphasis on encouraging a genuine dialogue with citizens, treating appeals with objectivity and fairness, and honoring the human stories behind every complaint.

The purpose of this personal reception was not only to resolve issues promptly, but also to prevent violations and to strengthen the relationship between the community and the department of internal affairs.
