The Head of the DIA of Navoi region reviewed citizens’ appeals during the personal reception

As part of the reforms taking place in Uzbekistan, ongoing efforts are being made to strengthen open dialogue with the population and to ensure the protection of citizens' rights and legitimate interests.
In this regard, the next personal reception of the Head of the Navoi Regional Department of Internal Affairs was held. During the reception, citizens presented appeals on various legal and social concerns.
Each appeal was carefully reviewed individually. The Head of the Department provided citizens with detailed legal explanations and issued specific instructions to the responsible officials to ensure the timely and effective resolution of the issues raised.
The purpose of such receptions is to directly address public concerns and to foster trust between citizens and law enforcement agencies.
