Fergana Regional Internal Affairs Department hosted a personal reception

Major General Azizbek Ikramov, head of the Fergana Regional Internal Affairs Department, conducted a mobile reception in Kokand city to address the concerns of citizens and uphold their rights. The purpose of this initiative is to promote an open dialogue between the community and law enforcement officials.
During the reception, the head of the department received a total of 112 appeals from 103 citizens, with 32 issues resolved on the spot. Additionally, legal assistance was provided for 22 appeals.
For the remaining 58 appeals, which require further investigation, specific tasks have been assigned to ensure thorough investigation and resolution. The department is committed to monitoring the progress of these cases closely.
