A warm and joyful event was held at the "Nurli Maskan" Special Boarding School No. 16 in Asaka district in celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 3. A gathering was held under the heartfelt slogan "Kindness to you, dear people," organized with the support of the Andijan Regional Internal Affairs Department.
