Fergana regional Internal Affairs Department held another public reception

The head of the Fergana regional Internal Affairs Department, Major General Azizbek Ikramov, conducted another round of public receptions today as part of ongoing efforts to address citizens' concerns, to protect their lawful rights and interests, and to strengthen open dialogue between the public and internal affairs authorities.
During the reception, 109 appeals were presented by 104 citizens, covering a wide variety of issues. Among these appeals, 24 were immediately resolved on the spot.
In addition, 15 citizens received detailed legal explanations regarding their inquiries. The remaining 70 appeals, which require a more thorough review, have been placed under special supervision. The responsible officials have been assigned specific tasks to ensure that each case is thoroughly examined and resolved promptly and effectively.
The purpose of such receptions is to enhance citizen engagement and provide transparency in the work of internal affairs agencies.
