The internal affairs bodies are making systematic efforts to enhance the effectiveness of their work with citizen appeals. As part of these measures, the Andijan Regional Internal Affairs Department, together with the heads of city and district internal affairs departments, regularly organize personal and mobile receptions to ensure open dialogue with the public.
On November 30, the head of the Andijan Regional Internal Affairs Department, Colonel Sanjar Djabarov, held another personal reception for citizens.
During the meeting, the majority of issues raised by residents were resolved positively on the spot. For several appeals, qualified legal explanations were provided. Appeals requiring additional study and further action were placed under special supervision to ensure their timely and effective resolution.
