Colonel Abdumajid Shermukhamedov, the head of Khorezm regional internal affairs department, hosted another mobile reception at the Khiva Department of Tourism Safety to study the appeals of citizens on the spot, to determine practical solutions to problems that concern them, and to establish an open dialog with them.
Citizens submitted a number of appeals during the reception regarding legal, social, administrative, and internal affairs issues.
Among the appeals, criminal cases, civil law disputes, labor relations, maintaining public order, and preventive inspections occupied a special place in the proceedings.
The head of the department carefully listened to each appeal and provided citizens with legal explanations on the spot. Issues that required additional study and practical measures were assigned to the relevant managers and responsible employees, and their implementation was strictly monitored.
The mobile reception has played an important role in providing practical assistance to citizens, resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner, and strengthening open communication between the population and internal affairs bodies.
