Namangan regional Internal Affairs Department held the next citizens’ reception

The Namangan regional Internal Affairs Department held its latest reception to directly review public appeals, address issues on-site, and provide legal support to residents.
During the reception, officials thoroughly examined 26 citizen applications submitted on a wide range of topics. The appeals primarily concerned issues related to sector-specific services, requests for legal clarification, feedback on subsystem activities, and personal issues requiring intervention.
Each appeal was formally registered according to established procedures. Citizens received the necessary legal explanations, practical recommendations, and guidance on the correct procedures for contacting the relevant agencies.
For appeals requiring additional analysis or further investigation, specific assignments were issued to the heads of sector services. The department’s leadership placed these matters under special supervision to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Work in this direction continues as part of efforts to maintain an open dialogue with the public and strengthen the protection of citizens’ rights and interests.
