The head of the Fergana regional Department of Internal Affairs held another public reception

Today, the head of the Fergana Regional Department of Internal Affairs, Major General Azizbek Ikramov, conducted another personal reception in order to ensure an open dialogue with the public, protect citizens' legitimate rights and interests, and promptly address any issues raised in their appeals.
During the reception, 45 citizens submitted a total of 49 appeals concerning various issues. Of these, 16 issues were resolved on the spot.
A legal clarification was provided in respect of 13 appeals. The remaining 20 appeals requiring additional investigation and verification were assigned to responsible officials with instructions to review each case thoroughly, ensure timely follow-up and oversee their resolution.
