On November 16, the head of the regional Internal Affairs Department held another personal reception to review citizens’ appeals. He also addressed issues affecting their daily lives.

During the reception, more than fifteen residents submitted appeals concerning investigative and inquiry processes, road safety, family disputes, property-related disagreements, financial fraud, and a range of other matters within the department’s competence.

A number of issues were resolved immediately on the spot. Appeal proceedings requiring additional time for review were placed under special supervision, with responsible officials responsible for ensuring their timely and lawful resolution. Their progress will be closely monitored.

Such receptions play a significant role in identifying practical solutions to citizens’ problems and ensuring prompt and effective responses to their concerns.
