Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The event was organized to strengthen communication with the public, ensure the protection of citizens’ legitimate rights and interests, and address complaints and appeals related to the activities of internal affairs bodies.

During the reception, citizens presented appeals concerning investigative processes undertaken by investigative and preventive services, as well as issues related to employment within the internal affairs system. A number of the issues raised were addressed immediately.

Legal clarifications were provided where necessary. Appeals requiring additional review time were placed under special supervision, and responsible officials were instructed to ensure their timely and thorough resolution.

During the meeting, some issues were resolved on the spot, while others were assigned to relevant sector representatives with strict monitoring of the implementation process.

The work in this direction continues as part of ongoing efforts to maintain an open dialogue with the public and promptly resolve citizens' concerns.
