Training Program for a delegation from China’s Public Security University was completed at the Academy of the MIA

The two-week training course organized for representatives of the Public Security University of the People’s Republic of China has been successfully completed at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan.
Throughout the program, a series of activities were held to strengthen bilateral cooperation and promote experience exchange between the two educational institutions. The Chinese delegation received detailed information on the ancient and rich history of Uzbekistan, the ongoing nationwide reforms, the strategic initiatives of the President, and the structure and personnel training processes of the internal affairs system.
Special mobile training sessions provided guests with an opportunity to observe modern approaches being implemented in maintaining public order, combating crime, and ensuring safe tourism.
During the closing ceremony, Hu Meng, head of the Chinese delegation, expressed sincere appreciation and noted:
“Throughout our visit, we observed extensive reforms underway in Uzbekistan. It was highly beneficial to study the innovative educational processes introduced at the Academy, attend informative lectures, and exchange ideas with experienced professors. We are pleased to see consistent progress in the cooperation between our institutions.”
Academy leadership also highlighted the historical ties and growing strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and China.
“As our cooperation continues to expand across various areas, including law enforcement, we view this program as a significant step toward strengthening our partnership in the spirit of the new era,” said Academy Head Rustam Khatamov.
Following the event, certificates were presented to the professors and students who had participated in the program.
