According to the relevant order of the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Major General B. T. Abdullaev, dated January 3, 2023, training sessions were provided for employees of the city-district Probation Departments of the regional Public Security Service of the DIA on the use of personal and special protective equipment, in particular, the "Electroshock" device.
The visiting officials and commission members from the Special Operations Coordination Department of the MIA, the Special Training Center, provided training to probation service employees regarding the legal basis for using special tools and when they cannot be used.
An employee of the regional medical department of the DIA also demonstrated with examples how to provide first aid to an injured person when electroshock devices are used.
In addition, tests and practical exams were held at the end of the training, and employees who passed these tests were awarded a special "Certificate" that allowed them to use the "Electroshock device". The list of employees who successfully passed these tests was sent to the Ministry of Internal Affairs Special Operations Coordination Office, Special Training Training Center.
