The working group, headed by Lieutenant General Pulat Bobojonov, Minister of Internal Affairs, conducted a study of the night service in Tashkent to maintain stability in the regions and prevent crimes.

Investigations were conducted in Chilanzar and Uchtepa districts of the capital concerning the implementation of assigned tasks and the service activities of law enforcement agencies.

Particular attention was paid to the conditions and security measures established for residents in the "Korzinka" shopping complex in the Novza mahalla of Chilanzar district.

During the meeting, the employees involved in ensuring the security of the shopping complex were heard, and relevant instructions regarding the service organization in collaboration with law enforcement agencies were given.

Moreover, the panic-call button installed inside the shopping complex was activated, and the preparedness of assigned employees was checked in case of unpleasant situations.

During the event, the working group studied the activities of the Post Patrol Service Brigade of the Public Order Department of the MDIA of Tashkent city, which was deployed in Chilanzar district.

In the process, the readiness of the personnel involved in the service and the attached forces and means were checked. Specific tasks were given to improve the service.

As part of its investigation, the working group reviewed the Internal Affairs Department No. 3 activities, located at "Navbahor" mahalla in Chilonzor district, and the night service procedures.

Staff were instructed on reducing crime in "red" mahallas with severe criminogenic conditions, sharply reducing offences by young people and women, conducting "individualized preventive" work with the individuals in charge, and improving the effective and targeted implementation of socialization and probation.

During the inspection, the members of the working group got acquainted with the service process of the Department of Coordination of Internal Affairs of the Uchtepa district and the conditions created for the employees.

The main attention was focused on implementing exemplary service models together with partner organizations, increasing the coverage of video surveillance in private homes and public places, ensuring safe movement on city roads, and taking measures to ensure the safety of pedestrians, especially children, young people, and women.

All identified shortcomings were critically discussed during the study, and targeted measures were determined for improving future services.
