The conference was held in cooperation with interested organizations and institutions and involved specialists, scientists, researchers, cadets, and mass media representatives.
It has been noted that crimes committed in cyberspace are on the rise. A solution to this global problem requires an improvement in cyber security mechanisms. It is important to study foreign countries' experiences, implement advanced approaches, form the legal culture of the population, and, most importantly, use modern methods to detect and prevent cybercrime.
Representatives of the Cybersecurity Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Department of Combating Crimes in the Field of Information Technologies of the MDIA of Tashkent, the Academy of Law Enforcement, Tashkent University of Information Technologies, and the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs made speeches at the event.
The conference featured insightful lectures on a range of topics, including "International cooperation in combating cybercrimes", "Specific features of cybercrime investigation", "Description of fraud and theft crimes committed with the help of information technologies", and "Research of crypto assets in the process of cybercrime investigation". These discussions led to the development of practical proposals and recommendations.
