Regular personal and mobile receptions continue to be held by the leadership of the Bukhara Regional Internal Affairs Department in order to address the concerns of the population and protect their legitimate rights and interests.

As part of this initiative, on November 2, the head of the Bukhara Regional Internal Affairs Department held the next reception in the administrative building of the department.

During the meeting, citizens from various districts of the region voiced their appeals, proposals, and complaints, which mainly concerned legal matters, social issues, and internal affairs activities.

In total, about 20 appeals were received and carefully reviewed. Some were resolved immediately on the spot, while those requiring additional consideration were referred to the relevant departments and services for further study. The execution of these appeals was placed under strict supervision to ensure timely resolution.

The purpose of such receptions is to facilitate an open dialogue between citizens and internal affairs officials so that public concerns can be addressed quickly and transparently. Furthermore, they contribute significantly to the development of trust, fairness, and openness in society.
