Colonel Farrukh Khaydarov, Head of the Sirdarya Regional Internal Affairs Department, hosted the next personal reception for citizens.

At the reception, residents were provided with the opportunity to present their appeals, concerns, and suggestions regarding the activities of the internal affairs bodies.

During the direct and open dialogue, Colonel Khaydarov carefully reviewed each appeal, giving individual attention to every matter raised. Based on current legislation, appropriate measures were taken to resolve the issues.

For appeals requiring additional time and investigation, responsible officials were instructed to conduct further analysis, with their implementation placed under special supervision. Citizens also received legal advice and clarifications on concern issues.

It is planned to continue holding such receptions regularly, ensuring that every appeal and proposal receives due consideration and timely response.
