SEOUL, April 12. /"Dunyo" IA/. The Korean National Police Agency and the international departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan held an online meeting with the support of our country's embassy in Seoul, reports "Dunyo" IA.

During the meeting, the law enforcement agencies of the two countries discussed their priorities for law enforcement cooperation in 2024.

Participants in the meeting highlighted the positive dynamics in law enforcement cooperation. As mentioned, video conferences, meetings, and mutual visits between experts of the two countries are regularly held. South Korea regularly organizes seminars and workshops on modern information technology to combat cybercrime and ensure public safety as part of its cooperation with Uzbekistan.

The parties also exchanged views on issues of further activating mutual cooperation and exchanging experience in a wide range of areas.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached on organizing specific activities during this year to deepen bilateral cooperation.
