The Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Tashkent region organized a training seminar upon the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The event brought together representatives of regional and district (city) internal affairs departments to review the current state of executive and service discipline, identify existing shortcomings, and outline practical measures to address them.
The seminar was designed to strengthen executive discipline and improve the overall efficiency of organizational departments and divisions. Participants received detailed guidance on effectively implementing the assigned tasks of internal affairs bodies, ensuring strict compliance with the Ministry’s regulatory documents, and maintaining a high standard of professional conduct during service.
Moreover, specific instructions were given to ensure that employees perform their duties conscientiously and responsibly, and to ensure that service performance is monitored systematically.
