The leadership of the Road Traffic Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted another personal reception aimed at directly addressing citizens’ concerns and enhancing the effectiveness of road safety measures across the country.

During the reception, citizens raised various issues related to vehicle registration, obtaining driver’s licenses, and ensuring road safety. Each appeal was carefully reviewed by the leadership, and specific instructions were given to the responsible officials for their timely resolution.

The majority of issues were resolved on the spot, while those that required additional investigation were handled to ensure that they were resolved within the specified timeline.

Such receptions play a significant role in strengthening public confidence in state institutions, improving the quality of services provided, and contributing to the overall safety and well-being of the population.
