In an effort to strengthen dialogue with the public and promptly address citizens’ concerns, the head of the DIA of Navoi region held a public reception in Nurota district.

The reception brought together representatives of the district administration, the regional prosecutor’s office, the internal affairs department, and other state and public service organizations.

During the meeting, around ten citizens raised various issues related to judicial and legal matters, social protection, medical assistance, and material support. Many appeals were resolved on the spot in cooperation with partner agencies, while others were reviewed for comprehensive consideration.
