By regularly holding personal receptions, the leadership of the internal affairs bodies is continuing to strengthen open dialogue with the public, prevent crime, and protect the rights and freedoms of citizens.

As part of this initiative, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Colonel Bakhtiyar Torebekov, held another personal reception for citizens to address issues related to the work of internal affairs bodies.

During the reception, citizens presented their appeals and proposals, which were carefully reviewed. Each issue was considered individually, and legal solutions were determined in accordance with the law. The discussions mainly focused on matters concerning the activities of internal affairs officers and the provision of legal assistance to the population.

Throughout the reception, special attention was paid to transparency, fairness, and impartiality in responding to citizens’ concerns. A number of issues were resolved immediately on the spot, while specific instructions were issued to relevant officials for matters requiring further attention.

These receptions play a significant role in strengthening cooperation and trust between citizens and law enforcement agencies, as well as in finding practical solutions to pressing issues raised by the population.
