The Tashkent Regional Department of Internal Affairs hosted another personal reception for citizens, creating an open platform for dialogue and timely resolution of public concerns.

During the reception, Colonel Abduvosit Abdurazakov, Head of the Regional Department, personally reviewed citizens’ appeals covering a wide range of issues related to the activities of internal affairs bodies. These included reinstatement, recruitment into the service, investigations, criminal inquiries, and crime prevention.

Each appeal was carefully listened to, and the appropriate legal and practical measures were taken in response. Instructions were issued to the responsible officials to ensure that the issues raised were addressed in a timely manner. Their execution is closely monitored. It is worth noting that personal receptions of the heads of regional internal affairs departments are regularly organized across all cities and districts of the Tashkent region.
