The head of the DIA of Sirdarya Region, Colonel Farukh Khaydarov, held another personal reception aimed at studying citizens’ appeals and addressing their pressing concerns.
During the reception, residents from various cities and districts of the region presented their appeals on a range of issues. Each matter was carefully reviewed by the head of the department, who assigned specific tasks to relevant managers and responsible officials to ensure a timely and lawful resolution.
Some of the appeals were resolved on the spot, while others were addressed in accordance with established legal procedures.
The primary purpose of such receptions is to encourage open dialogue between citizens and internal affairs authorities and to foster trust between them.
