Today, the head of the Fergana Regional Internal Affairs Department, Major General Azizbek Ikramov, held another citizen reception to protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, facilitate communication with the leadership of internal affairs bodies, and provide convenience for residents involved in their daily activities during the week.
During the reception, 54 citizens submitted 56 appeals on various issues. Twelve appeals were successfully resolved on the spot, while legal explanations were provided for eight of them.
The remaining 36 appeals, which required in-depth investigation, were assigned to responsible officials with specific instructions to ensure their timely investigation and resolution. The implementation of these tasks is under strict control.
