Under the leadership of Major General Tokhir Aripov, Head of the Samarkand Regional Department of Internal Affairs, the next citizens' reception was held in accordance with efforts to foster open dialogue with the community, study citizens' appeals directly, and address their concerns effectively.
The reception was attended by more than 50 citizens, who presented their appeals and complaints about a range of issues.
The appeals mainly focused on combating crime, ensuring public order, strengthening peace and security in mahallas, employment within internal affairs bodies, and resolving various socio-economic concerns.
Major General Tokhir Aripov emphasized that each appeal would be thoroughly considered, and appropriate legal measures would be taken to resolve them.
Several appeals were addressed on the spot during the reception, while others requiring more time for implementation were placed under monitoring, with specific instructions issued to responsible officials to ensure their timely resolution.
