On September 22, a night briefing was held in Andijan city with the participation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs leadership as part of the large-scale operational-preventive initiative “Safe Area – Urgent 20 Days.” The event was aimed at strengthening efforts to maintain public order, ensure public safety, and prevent crime in the city.

During the briefing, specific tasks were assigned to the duty personnel. Detailed instructions were provided regarding their responsibilities and the importance of effective service performance.

An emphasis was placed on enhancing preventive measures, ensuring reliable mahalla protection, and creating an environment in which citizens can live in peace and safety.

Officials from the ministry inspected round-the-clock security and public safety arrangements in crowded areas, which included shopping malls, entertainment venues, markets, and other places of public gathering.
