The Head of the Fergana Regional Department of Internal Affairs, Major General Azizbek Ikramov, held a reception with the public today to protect the legal rights and interests of citizens and ensure open dialogue with law enforcement officials.
A total of 62 appeals from citizens were reviewed during the meeting. Sixteen of them were successfully resolved on the spot. Those 46 appeals that require further investigation have been assigned to responsible officials who will monitor their implementation and provide assistance in resolving them.
