Strengthening international cooperation in Public Security

On September 16–18, a delegation led by the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel A. Rakhmatullayev, took part in the Global Cooperation Forum titled “Jointly Shaping Global Public Security: Jointly Combatting Various Threats”, held in Lianyungang, People’s Republic of China.
The forum brought together representatives from more than 120 countries and international organizations. Participants discussed pressing security challenges, including the fight against cross-border crime, drug trafficking, human trafficking, smuggling, cybercrime, and terrorist financing.
In addition, delegation members attended a focused forum on “The Situation with Transnational and Cross-Border Organized Crime in the World and the Effectiveness of Countermeasures” and the exhibition “Public Security Technologies and Equipment.”
