The head of the Regional Department of Internal Affairs, Sanjar Dzabarov, held a reception for citizens to study their daily lives systematically and speed up work on solving identified problems.
A total of 15 appeals were received during the reception. Nine of these appeals were resolved at the time of reception, one citizen received an explanation, and the head of the department supervised the remaining five appeals.
Tasks were assigned to those responsible for ensuring the legal resolution of appeals heard in face-to-face reception, and their execution was monitored.
Through the receptions with the citizens, existing issues and problems are effectively solved and confidence in the future is increased.
