The head of the Fergana Regional Internal Affairs Department, Major General Azizbek Ikramov, held a citizen reception today in support of ongoing efforts to ensure the protection of citizens' legitimate rights and interests, to ensure greater convenience for residents engaged in daily activities, and to ensure open communication with the leadership of internal affairs organizations.
During the meeting, 58 citizens submitted a total of 64 appeals on a wide range of issues. Among these, 19 were resolved positively on the spot. In response to the remaining 45 appeals, which require further review, special supervision has been assigned to responsible officials, with concrete instructions provided to ensure thorough review and resolution.
