Leaders are tasked with working closely with citizens and addressing each individual's concerns in accordance with the principle set by the Head of State - to serve the people and bring them satisfaction.
For this purpose, on September 7, the head of the Bukhara Regional Internal Affairs Department held a personal reception.
During the reception, more than thirty citizens submitted appeals on issues related to inquiries, traffic safety, property disputes, financial conflicts, and other matters within the competence of internal affairs bodies.
Several problems were resolved on the spot, while appeals requiring additional study were assigned to responsible officials for timely consideration and monitoring.
A meeting of this type provides citizens with a valuable opportunity to discuss their concerns directly and ensure that their problems are addressed immediately.
