Navoi Regional Internal Affairs Department consistently hosts citizen receptions as part of its ongoing efforts to foster transparent and constructive communication with the community.

Residents from various districts and municipalities presented their pressing concerns at a recent reception led by Colonel Azat Tasbayev, head of the department. During the reception, discussions were held regarding personal and social challenges, family disputes, employment opportunities, and judicial matters.

Colonel Tasbayev personally reviewed each appeal, ensuring that appropriate guidance and instructions were issued to the relevant officials for the resolution of issues that required further investigation and attention.
