On August 24, the head of the Khorezm regional internal affairs department held a personal reception at the administrative building of the Department for Ensuring Safe Tourism in Khiva city.
During the reception, individuals had the opportunity to present their demands, suggestions, appeals, and complaints concerning matters related to the activities of internal affairs bodies.
The majority of appeals were addressed and resolved on the spot, with legal explanations provided as necessary. The appeals that require further investigation are being monitored separately.
