The head of the DIA of Andijan region held a personal reception for citizens

In alignment with the directive from the head of state, engagement with the public, addressing their concerns, alleviating their difficulties, and improving living conditions have been established as a primary responsibility of leaders and officials across all levels.
On August 24, Colonel Sanjar Djabarov, head of the DIA of Andijan region, hosted a personal reception in support of this objective.
During the reception, most citizen appeals received were resolved favorably. Qualified legal explanations were provided for certain concerns, and measures were taken to monitor the implementation of those that required further consideration.
Furthermore, during the personal reception, instructions were issued to the heads of relevant sector services to ensure a thorough investigation and legal resolution of each appeal presented by our citizens.
