The working group, under the leadership of the Head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Namangan region, has extended its investigation beyond the Chust and Pop districts to the Mingbulak district after a week of comprehensive analysis.

During this phase of the study, the working group, in collaboration with the district governor, visited the mahallas of "Birlashgan," "Mehnatobod," and "Oybek." They conducted a thorough analysis of the operations of the mahalla sevens and officials within these mahallas. Reports were reviewed, and an in-depth analysis of the identified shortcomings and challenges were performed. Afterward, specific tasks were outlined for the district governor and responsible leaders to address these issues effectively.

Furthermore, instructions have been issued to promote the successful practices of neighborhoods that have successfully transitioned from the "red" category to the "yellow" and "green" categories through targeted interventions and preventative measures, in accordance with Decree No. PD-1. A number of concrete measures have been taken to ensure a stable criminogenic environment within the district and to combat criminal activity.
